What's Growing !!!

Summer is here and soon many of the summertime favorites will follow.  What an exciting 2010 we have planned with more educational classes for people of all ages as well as a brand new beautiful CSA/Market area.  Currently in our fourth year we continue to add new produce varieties to our current growing list.  We are known for our crisp & delicious salad varieties in the spring & fall as well as our summer heirloom tomatoes.  Although the recent 2009 blight scare proved to be challenging for organic farmers', we are hoping for a great tomato season in 2010.  Below are Sport Hill Farms Market Hours, please note we are not opened everyday.  Farming is an intense,busy period of time and I do feel the need to have a day off to spend time with my boys as well as a shortened Sunday.  Make plans to come on by during our business hours and take advantage of some of the freshest & healthiest produce our farm can provide.  Many times my bins do not look "full" because when you come to my farm, we'll take the time pick it fresh for you and you get a chance to see how it grows.   As always, Thank you for your continued support!!!
